Description
This creamy herb dip makes a great appetizer at parties and a great snack any time!
Ingredients

- 3 Tablespoons fresh chopped herbs (we used parsley, dill, thyme, and basil)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash, dry, and chop the herbs. Use whatever combination of herbs you like. Just make sure you have a total of about 3 Tablespoons.
- Add chopped herbs, sour cream, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. This will last 5-7 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Garnish with more chopped herbs, chives, or green onions.
- Serve with veggies, crackers, or pita chips.
Notes
Herbs. We recommend fresh herbs. Use a combination of herbs or just one. Dried herbs will work just make sure you reduce the total amount of herbs to about 1 Tablespoon.
For a thinner dip, add half-and-half in small amounts until you have the desired consistency.
Make this into a salad dressing by thinning it out with half-and-half - 1 Tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
