Description

This creamy herb dip makes a great appetizer at parties and a great snack any time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh chopped herbs (we used parsley, dill, thyme, and basil)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Notes

Herbs. We recommend fresh herbs. Use a combination of herbs or just one. Dried herbs will work just make sure you reduce the total amount of herbs to about 1 Tablespoon.

For a thinner dip, add half-and-half in small amounts until you have the desired consistency.

Make this into a salad dressing by thinning it out with half-and-half - 1 Tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
